Turn Your Existing Enterprise Systems Into a Governed Intelligence Layer

NexxusIQ connects systems, data, analytics, and workflows across your enterprise—then provides a secure foundation for knowledge, automation, and AI‑powered experiences inside your AWS environment.

Designed for customer-owned AWS environments

Where NexxusIQ Fits in Your Stack

NexxusIQ sits between the systems your organization already runs and the outcomes and experiences your people need—discovering and connecting data sources on one side, and delivering governed decisions, dashboards, copilots, and applications on the other, all inside your own AWS environment.

Diagram of NexxusIQ as the intelligence fabric at the center of an organization. On the left, data sources feed in: systems of record (EMR/EHR, CRM, ERP/HR, databases, cloud applications, legacy systems), files and documents, and external data (APIs, market data, partner data). These are connected, ingested, and normalized into the NexxusIQ platform, which discovers and catalogs data, builds a unified knowledge graph, extracts intelligence and findings, orchestrates AI and agents, and governs decisions and actions—backed by a governance and trust layer (security, policy, audit, quality) and exposed through an open, secure Partner API. On the right, that work is delivered and automated out to business outcomes (operational efficiency, better decisions, risk and compliance, revenue growth, AI-powered innovation) and consumer experiences (dashboards and reports, self-service analytics, copilots and chat interfaces, autonomous agents, workflow automation, and custom web, mobile, and embedded applications). The entire platform runs on an AWS foundation, including S3, RDS, Redshift, Lambda, ECS, SQS/SNS, Bedrock, Cognito, and CloudWatch.

Every system you already run becomes a governed data source. Every decision NexxusIQ makes is auditable, policy-checked, and delivered back through the tools your teams already use—not a new system of record to maintain.

Connect the Systems You Already Run

NexxusIQ connects operational, customer, workforce, engineering, analytics, and data platforms to create a governed enterprise intelligence layer—without requiring organizations to replace the systems they already trust.

One Reusable Foundation for Enterprise Intelligence

NexxusIQ provides a shared platform of governed, versioned, and tenant-aware services that applications, workflows, and future AI experiences consume rather than building from scratch.

Knowledge Fabric

Builds a governed map of enterprise entities, systems, relationships, observations, and provenance.

Intelligence Fabric

Automatically produces a deterministic profile of every connected system — structure, governance, automation, and lifecycle evidence — plus a fixed catalog of explainable findings, never LLM-generated guesswork.

Semantic Fabric

Establishes shared business meaning through concepts, roles, vocabularies, assertions, and semantic profiles.

Connector Framework

Securely connects enterprise platforms without embedding business logic inside integrations.

Tool Registry

Exposes governed, versioned, and policy-aware capabilities for workflows, applications, and future AI agents.

Workflow Runtime

Executes deterministic, resumable processes with tasks, decisions, approvals, and human intervention.

Playbooks

Packages reusable business processes, policies, verification steps, and evidence requirements.

Work Management

Unifies tasks, approvals, findings, escalations, SLAs, and resolutions into a single operational control plane.

Policy Engine

Applies tenant-aware authorization, data classification, business policies, and separation of duties.

Verification & Evidence

Validates outcomes and produces traceable evidence for audit, compliance, and operational assurance.

Audit & Events

Preserves an immutable record of actions, decisions, system events, and execution history.

Deterministic Certification

Every connector's profile, findings, and knowledge graph output is versioned, SHA‑256 fingerprinted, and reproducible — the same input always produces the same result, byte for byte.

Business Value Delivered Through Capability Packs

NexxusIQ provides the reusable platform. Capability Packs add industry- and function-specific intelligence without duplicating the underlying foundation.

RevIQ

Healthcare Migrating

LumaSeer's existing healthcare revenue-cycle intelligence product—eligibility, prior authorization, claims, denials, appeals, and underpayments—now being migrated onto NexxusIQ as its first industry Capability Pack.

Proof, not a promise: Salesforce is CORE CERTIFIED. The Salesforce connector runs the full foundation-through-certification lifecycle today—structural, governance, and automation discovery; 19 deterministic findings; a governed knowledge graph projection; and a certification report—every output SHA‑256 fingerprinted and reproducible. It's the working template every future connector, including the Workday connector now under construction, is built to match.

Deployed Inside Your AWS Environment

Your infrastructure, credentials, data, logs, policies, and operational controls remain within your AWS accounts. NexxusIQ is designed to use AWS-managed services as its foundation—no multi-tenant SaaS layer between your environment and the platform.

Enterprise Analytics RevIQ HRIQ FinanceIQ Custom Capabilities
Layer 2 — NexxusIQ Platform Services
Knowledge Fabric Semantic Fabric Connector Framework Tool Registry Workflow Runtime Playbooks Work Management Policy Engine Verification & Evidence Audit Events
Layer 3 — AWS Foundation Designed to use services such as…
API Gateway Lambda Step Functions EventBridge SQS / SNS Aurora PostgreSQL S3 OpenSearch Cognito IAM Secrets Manager KMS CloudWatch

Your environment. Your controls. Infrastructure, credentials, data, and operational logs remain within your AWS accounts. NexxusIQ augments what you already manage—it does not replace your cloud governance posture.

AWS Cost Transparency

Know What NexxusIQ Costs to Run

When NexxusIQ is deployed within your AWS environment, your organization retains control of the infrastructure and the billing relationship. NexxusIQ is designed to identify and track the cloud resources used to operate the platform, giving authorized administrators a clear view of cost, usage, and the services driving spend—instead of treating cloud infrastructure as an unexplained monthly bill.

Client-Controlled AWS

NexxusIQ can operate inside your AWS environment, so your organization retains control of infrastructure, security boundaries, and billing data.

Attributed Costs

A defined AWS tagging standard separates NexxusIQ-managed resources from unrelated workloads—costs are directly attributed where possible, allocated using documented rules where they're shared, and clearly identified as unallocated when they can't be determined.

Clear Cost Drivers

Authorized administrators can understand cost by AWS service, platform component, environment, and workload.

Budget Accountability

Cost visibility is designed to help technology and finance leaders establish budgets, track changes, and evaluate the economics of platform growth.

Technology leaders can understand what is running. Finance leaders can understand what is driving cost. Both can work from the same evidence.

What Determines the Cost?

Deployment size & availability Connected systems Collection volume Retention requirements AI-model & token usage Users & organizations Workflow & agent activity Security & compliance scope Data-transfer patterns Dev / staging / production

AWS infrastructure charges are billed by AWS and are separate from NexxusIQ software licensing or implementation services. Actual AWS operating cost depends on the agreed deployment architecture and usage.

NexxusIQ can support client-account deployment models in which the customer owns the AWS account, controls access, and retains the underlying billing records.

Illustrative example only—figures are for demonstration, not actual customer data or product benchmarks.

Enterprise Control Is Part of the Architecture

Security and governance are not afterthoughts. They are structural properties of how NexxusIQ is designed, deployed, and operated.

Customer-Owned Deployment

Runs within the client's AWS environment. No multi-tenant SaaS infrastructure. Your accounts, your controls.

Tenant and Workspace Isolation

Enforces organizational and workspace boundaries throughout the platform, from the database layer to the API surface.

Least-Privilege Access

Connectors and tools use narrowly scoped, purpose-specific permissions. No broad service accounts with elevated privileges.

Read-Only by Design

Metadata and analytics connectors default to governed, non-destructive access. Write operations require explicit, separately enforced capabilities.

Complete Auditability

Material actions, policy decisions, and execution events are recorded in an immutable audit log with actor, resource, outcome, and timestamp.

Human-in-the-Loop Controls

Approvals, assignments, verification, and work queues remain part of governed execution. Automation does not bypass accountability.

NexxusIQ is designed to augment enterprise operations without bypassing security, governance, or accountability. Controls are structural, not supplemental.

One Intelligence Layer. Any User Experience.

Applications are designed to consume NexxusIQ services rather than connecting directly to every enterprise system. A web application is live today, connector monitoring first; mobile, chat, and embedded surfaces are on the roadmap, built on the same governed layer.
